Maxing out Eye Area

ive been on minoxidil for 3 weeks, i have no uee, and i need something to grow my lashes especially my bottoms. i need advice on what to get to have my eye area looking better

nothing else u can do besides dying ur brows and using a derma roller so the oral minoxidil fills the gaps

i have a derma stamp but i dont use it & im on topical minox (5%) using everyday 2 times a day
