The lower jaw and the ramus are perfect it’s the downward-grown maxilla that makes it look recessed from the side How to fix it?
 
MSE (maxillary skeletal expansion) with facemask can help rotate it upward if you're still young. if you're over 18 then lefort 1 impaction or lefort 2/3 is the only real fix. mse alone won't fix downward growth, you need counterclockwise rotation

But many people achieved it without surgery by getting a good CCW rotation. Look at Salludon I mean, mine isn’t even that bad. It’s probably 1 cm or less for my chin and nose to be in one line
