so this is the first day I tested it after thinking about it for days, and I noticed very great results, I even managed to see my jaw muscles on both sides, basically all I did is exactly:

3 minutes of fast running (speed 10.5 and incline (3) on the treadmill and 5 minutes on the cycle (with power 4) I did this cycle for at least 20 minutes and I had noticed some hollows on my cheeks even if they were small, BUT I didn't hydrate , basically you shouldn't drink in this training ever, so I don't know if you want to try but I'll continue this way and send results

in theory you should dehydrate yourself so that the body fluids (including your face) are expelled, I would recommend drinking at least an hour after the end of the workout
