I drank beer for 2 days and it was fun, but now I think it's time to do some of that healthy stuff. Mix it up/vary it.
That's how you get the most out of everything. I only drank 3-4 per day because my tolerance is low.
You need to do a little bit of everything and LDARing is retarded. I'll explain why.
It takes so little to get results in the beginning of whatever you're doing. One workout, one meditation session, one walk, one positive social interaction, one chapter of a book read. They all do so much more for you compared to doing nothing. Now if you do more you'll get diminished returns, but it may or may not be worth it depending on priorities.
