I wonder what they'll say when they hear my story they would probably start laughing at how badly I am fucked

Yes, you should and the last thing they would do is laugh. They would sympathize and listen to your story and stuff.

The way my life turned out is funny from an outsider POV I broke down one day and never ever recovered again
