Maybe I should take a massive dose of nutmeg now that I'm fasting

Like 1 hole ground up nutmeg kernel. I can take it tonight or something and try to sleep the whole weekend.

I also have mirtazapine and alimemazine, but idk about those because they are unnatural.

It would be kinda nice to knock myself out though for a couple days!
