I spend a lot of my time daydreaming, obsessing about the gym, overthinking, etc…

The idea of seeing myself in the third person sometimes scares me.

Ironically I think you need strong social connections to build a solid identity and not be a cog, otherwise you won’t be able to make any sense of yourself.
