This is what i collected the last half year during my experiments with creating a good supplement stack.
Anyway, let me tell you what i use daily and please advise me if im doing something redundant, useless or what i should add:
Daily:
- Ashvagandha (to recover and support my adrenal glands)
- 8mg Astaxanthin (anti oxidant)
- 1000mg vitamin c (anti oxidant and to support my gums/teeth during braces)
- Vitamin d3 (400iu)
- MSM Glucosamine (for joints, nail and hair)
- Finasteride (DHT reducer for hairline)
After gymcelling i take a whey protein shake with Glutamine/BCAA.
