hi everyone my 2nd post here(sorry for bad english not my 1st language)
my 1st post was so bad and i thought that i can fix my flat maxilla, now i understand that maxilla wasn't the problem.
the main problem that i want to fix rn is my nose and skin, skin is easy to fix, but idk bout my nose, any tips? i would like to say that my nose looks good in profile but it ruins my face so much. im afraid to pin the pic, js say some method's or tips(except rhynoplasty)

ig u can try hydrocortisone and accutane and stuff by other than rhino nothing gonna fix it, and fym maxilla isnt the problem, it probably IS the problem

Depends on the side. If there's a dorsal hump then a maxilla could be causing the issue.

However, if it's an overly wide alar base, it's most likely genetic.

Retinoids and hydrocortisone, like you said, can help.

ik that maxilla is problem, but it's impossible to fix without surgery i dont wanna to cope anymore
