Took 20 mcg teriparatide but forgot I have maybe upward of 5000mg calcium today I had a bunch of this Aldis protons shakes with 700mg and then like 2 things of milk so maybe I will pass on my sleep I don’t really know but sad thing is I’m Iqlet and was never going to make it to mtn anyways jfl bye
