Hey, I’ve been into looksmaxxing for about 1-2 months. I’ve learned the basics and I’m still looking for advice on improving my facial appearance and physique.


I’m currently growing my hair. I tried a middle-part filter and I think longer hair could suit my face shape, so I’m focusing on that. For my physique, I’m bulking right now and aiming to gain around 5–7 kg. I don’t want to overdo it like last winter. My plan is to start cutting in January 2026 to be lean for summer.


Maybe you could rate me or give me some advice. I’m mainly doing softmaxxing (about 99%). I know some things can’t be fixed with softmaxxing, so just let me know.

When you are cutting in Jan cut down to 11% bf

i would start my cut on jan 5 2026
and go down to 10-12% bf
