There are hundreds maybe thousands of these guides but these are the things I found most helpful. I’m going to try to explain the things that I have tried and what I think works

1. Sleep
You’ve probably heard a million people say this but I can’t stress it enough, you need to be getting 8-10 hours of sleep. There is no way to grow if you barely sleep. Not sleeping can cause underdevelopment and just make you feel horrible the whole day. Sleep also help eye bags, and if you have eyebags it will hold your eye area back so much.
2. Skincare
A good amount of people already do skincare, but for the people who don’t, you should. Skincare can help moderate/stop acne. The first thing you should do is get a cleanser and moisturizer. Make sure you get it from a good brand, if it is a low quality bad brand it will not work. A sunscreen is also needed, the sun can lower collagen production if out too long. This causes hair loss and lines in your face. Chapstick is also needed, as dry lips are obviously not attractive. Accutane can also be used as needed for any excess/overwhelming acne. It should be noted that on accutane you need to use a moisturizer, sunscreen and chapstick as accutane weakens the skin barrier temporarily by stopping excess oil production. If you are worried about side effects you shouldn’t be using it at all.
3. Diet
Diet is one of the biggest issues with people. You should be eating about 300-500 calorie surplus to grow, however this should not be. fattening food. All of your calories should be meat/fruit/vegetables, and you should be getting all of your nutrients in(calcium, vitamin d, vitamin c, etc.) You should try to keep a 3:1 potassium to sodium ratio, and of course magnesium is needed to support this. Starving should not happen in puberty as it prohibits growth and forces the body to use stored fat. You should also eat protein like your life depends on it.

4.
Excercise/Posture
During puberty you should be getting high amounts of exercise. Get a good routine and play sports. You should ideally be working out at least 4 days a week. However, excess weight training should be limited/avoided as it limits growth. Calisthenics are also good in puberty. I also put posture here because it can go hand in hand with excercise. There are workouts you can do to improve posture(chin tucks, chin ups, etc.) Bad posture causes bad growth and recession. Good posture can help recession and height growth. The ideal resting face position should be tongue to roof of mouth, breathing through nose. This can help influence forward jaw growth (Results could be small/take a while typically 6 months - 2 years) It should be noted mewing should be started decently early.

5.
Pharma/HGH
In puberty HGH can help add height on or progress puberty faster. It should be noted that using HGH your growth plates could close faster, so use an AI (aromatase inhibitor) to help slow this. Of course as with a lot of things HGH has side effects. These side effects could be acromegaly or unharmonic looks. If you are worried about side effects you should not be using this. Using HGH you should be sleeping as long as you can to grow, and limit carbs while eating tons of protein.

6.
Hormones
During puberty you should be eating well, working out, and sleeping well. All of these things cause higher testosterone. You should also be trying to stay calm and not be stressed, as that can cause cortisol (stress hormone) to release and prohibit test. You should be keeping good habits for all of these things.
