Really funny watching npcs label McDonalds as "unhealthy".This gentleman eats it daily and is in perfect health, as confirmed by multiple doctors:


McDonalds is infinitely healthier than food in 99% of other restaurants, most fish (dirty fish farms + mercury), most pills people take as medication, most candy / sandwiches from stores, most "snacks", chips, avocados, etc.

It is healthier than things a large majority of people who try to "eat well" eat daily. I eat a very good diet, and I'll be doing my biweekly McDonalds visit guilt free, and eating my McDouble knowing full well it's better than 99% of garbage McDonalds haters consume daily

Funny how people who eat stuff like chips almost daily actually unironically believe McDonalds is somehow worse.Beef burgers in McDonalds are especially healthy, due to not being fried in vegetable oil but in their own fat. A McDonalds Cheeseburger or Big Mac is low in PUFAs and Peaty just skip the fries

McDonalds uses good quality meat, and decent cheese. They don't overuse their sauces (most restaurants put in wayyy too much, and most sauces are low quality), and only the buns are really "bad" (still better than 70% of bread in supermarkets).

McDonalds has an awful reputation, whenever people think of "unhealthy food" McDonalds often comes to mind, because it's most popular. But most cafeterias, cafes, even "health sections" in stores use way way worse chemicals, and often serve food that's gone bad already.

McDonalds uses quality ingredients which are always fresh (since they would rather throw bad stuff out, instead of getting sued), and has very little bad chemicals.It's the only restaurant I ever eat in, and the only restaurant I would eat in without knowing the chef.

A simple Google search also shows how many people actually do lose weight eating there. It's absolutely not bad for you think with your brain for once.

If you often eat out at restaurants, cafeterias, cafes, etc., you should switch to eating in McDonalds instead if you care about your health. It's the next best thing after homecooking. Don't believe the ZOG propaganda.

I'm being serious it has an extremely low PUFA content if you eat the burgers even the fries have less pufas than conventional grocery store chicken only 3g don't let the anti McDonalds media brainwash you it's the best restaurant out there better than Michelin Star restaurants if you're on the go

just because someone can stay in shape/look ''fit'' while eating processed junk does not mean they are healthy.

I don't really understand what is so junk about 100% beef, cheese and vegetables the worst part of it is the bread but most people who think they are eating healthy and making good choices eat bread at home

Unlike certain brands that have been exposed for selling fake meat like Subway McDonalds has a solid track record they get regularly tested and I'm sure if their meat failed testing the media would jump on this because it would confirm their bias. The patties are also cooked on a grill so no seed oils

this is from FOUR cheeseburgers they are grass fed although grain finished they don't cook the patties in seed oils but in their own fat I worked there, less pufas than a piece of salmon lol
the fries have tonnes of pufa?
a small fries is pretty low in pufa like 3-4g from the canola oil I don't get it most of the time I just get a big mac or a few cheeseburgers

The truth is nothing is "unhealthy", all foods have macronutrients thus are "healthy" by definition. PUFAs so-called effects can be tested by consuming it and seeing that no inflammation or whatever occurs. Can even do a blind control on yourself

the reality is theres no one thing to blame because everything is healthy. its not the saturated fat, pufa, sugar, etc. IT IS NOTHING! There is no unhealthy food and thats a fact. Mcdonalds is healthy because nothing is unhealth

The healthiest looking people I know are the ones who never second guess what they are eating and just eat normally, but in smaller quantities. Wether the fat is saturated or polyunsaturated if you burn it it's probably fine you wont get high cholesterol or diabetes
