Yesterday I dropped a pill with the intention of brain maxxing, exploring the brain as deep as possible did it outside in the woods it was a deep experience, my fears and insecurities came out, I would visualize my brain and where those toughts came from, I was vizualizing my whole body inside, the knee pain I tought I had after an injury was placebo
