Why haven't you got lean before in the first place? Buccal fat removal was the biggest mistake here.

YOU NEED FACIAL FAT to stay young looking. Hollow cheeks are not achievable anyway if you don't have proper bone structure. And I guess you wanted hollow cheeks with this shit surgery.
