Nobody with access to cheap legal alcohol will buy some random dudes unregulated wine at a profitable price point I'd say your only hope is finding some underage kids who can't get a fake id or something and conning them out of their parents money in exchange for turning a blind eye. Could probably get 10-20$ a bottle
