yeah that works, but itll take some time
buy some pharma grade 3% h2o2
mix equal volumes of said h2o2 and water (conc will be around 1,5%), swirl it around in ur mouth for like 30 seconds and thats all. do it in the evening
itll whiten ur teeth significantly in around a month

you are forever whiter than before but the first few years you are at the whitest you can do again if you want the whitest back but tbh after more than 2 years my teeth are still very white
