Good bro, good lower third etc you just need to get better bones in your eye area. The short term solution would be UEE filler but that would migrate bla bla

You would ascend your eye area so much by getting infraorbital implants, that will decrease lower scleral show and overall improve the shape of your eyes and saddled infraorbital implants to decrease your UEE as a long term solution, make your eyebrows lower set most likely and this would contribute to your overall eye area ascension a lot

Don't do any fillers for jaw, you already have a good lower third. You should fully focus on your eye area.
