i recently started a pretty comprehensive skincare routine so my skin is on the way there but my nose and philtrum is cooked.

Spent 200$ on skincare didnt change stuff as soon as i started eating better my skin healed in 2 weeks jus save up for rhino

i almost exclusively eat animal foods.

before i started dieting my acne was much worse but it hasnt gone away which is why ive started a skincare routine.

Big thing ngl besides my acne i noticed that too when im on vacation my acne goes away like in a weekend even tho im eating bad at night dude stress idk if ur different but my breakouts happen during breakups or exam weeks get ur stress in order get ur health in order ofc and goodluck brodie
