well acc to me my biggest flaw would be my recessed maxilla, also descending the eye area alot too. And for hardmax lefort is an option, but the thing is lefort 1 doesn't do shit for infras and high cheeckbones and make it look even worse. And lefort 2 n 3 are really high risk, and the chances of surgery getting messed up is really high, especially in lefort 3. So thats definitely not a sensible choice here. Though implants could help a little too, but not to that much extent as the main prob is recession.

You are underestimating implants imo.

Lefort 1 and implants and your problems are probably solved. Take it with grain of salt tho ask more highiq individuals.
