I like rly have to be down 5lbs and there’s only 7 days now

But this is also miserable to maintain

6 eggs and a pound of beef sounds like a lot of food but it’s actually so little like that’s 1300 calories I’m starving

Wtv 3 days in this shit sucks and I want to eat, it sucks looking at all the shit food around the house from my dad and sister (Oreos and ice cream look so good rn)

The main issue is I haven’t been to the gym all week so my maintince is super low. I won’t be there Monday either so I have 4 days to prep for comp idek if I’ll be able to lift good. I need to lock in so bad this shit sucks no point having a good diet if I’m slacking in the gym (by slacking I mean have barley been for a month)

I would’ve ordered this gear by now but the fuckers at qsc aren’t responding, and I need to device if I wanna spend a shit ton on hcg or just go for it with regular pct and ai
