It's not like you'll become a PSL God without NCT, but it's definitely and by far the most glaring flaw. It's also difficult to evaluate how severe it is IRL, oftentimes NCT isn't very noticeable in motion. But yours is so severe that I suspect it is. As another side effect of NCT, your eye-eyebrow distance seems large.

If you formulate it like that, yes, anyone can reach HTN by fixing all his flaws. The issue is - you most likely won't, eye area surgeries are serious shit. There's a minimum three flaws you'd have to fix:

1. neutral canthal tilt
2. brow-eyebrow distance
3. broader frontal jaw angle

And I've never seen anyone surgerymaxx this hard.
