Well, if you tried, and did a few-maybe 5 procedures max - you would be able to reach his level:

1) Reverse-Bimax with CLOCKWISE rotation
2) Otoplasty for unpinned ears
3) A little rhino for driving your nose slightly sideways
4) Canthoplasty with retraction-creation surgery.
5) Stop training your neck

So the eyebrows should be a little bit more closer together at the glabella to offset it. Also needs more density

Your ramus to chin (jawline) contour is not smooth and there's a visible disconnect from ramus to the chin. I think its because you had filler on the chin.
It makes your chin look disproportionate

My nitpicks would prolly be your droopy, rounded outer eye and droopy lower lids, weak lateral orbitals from the distance and low set cheekbones.
