I think your biggest problem is that you look lifeless. Alone through pinker / slightly redder lips, you would look more alive. Your skin also looks like this, a few drops of jojobaoil or a high quality face oil would help you and cause a certain glow. Also try to get some red undertone. Like pic related:

Your skin generally looks older now, you can look into vampire lifting with PRP or laser skin resurfacing. The former is almost completely risk-free and the results are quite good.

Honestly very little to nitpick. Flaw wise, you're operating very close to ideal... But you don't have a shit ton of very strong haloes.
