meals routine advice

i eat around 4 meals a day. but i want to maximise meat and chicken and anything healthy in general

i want also a routine for daily meals that is budget (ill also eat every 3 days something big like big steak or lamb)

Try to eat oats and fruits in between meals and make sure that every time you eat chicken there is rice on the side. Also eat lots of eggs.

Ive heard rice is not as good, it tastes alright but its not nutritious like chicken
