There was this Moroccan who went to the Pakistani mosque I attended, I'd seen and spoken to this guy a couple of times before but apparently he thought I wasn't Pakistani but something else (didn't ask why). In my life, I've only had three people think I was Bharati (two of them were Syrians who watched Bollywood, the other one was Dutch but she apparently lived in New Delhi). Personally though, I don't see why people don't get it. I think I look very South Asian. It's the bug eyes and big nose that give it away, JFL.
