I think objectively blue eyes are on average a bit better (more versatile and could sometimes create an exotic or striking look in some people like Meeks) but if you are strictly after white women I do think dark eyes are a bit better.

There was a thread on a female Czech forum for women to describe ideal male looks. Most did not even mention eye color but some did and I compiled their answers:
