Could you post visual some examples of this

Do you know what this angle is called again and if so what is the ideal range?

+Should pfl, alar width, and nose width be the same distance?

Because most of them there is other angles that better incapsulate the area

Here are some examples:

Jaw Frontal Angle - Ideal Value: 85°-95°
Total FWHR - Ideal Value: 1.33-1.38
Ipsilateral Alar Angle - Ideal Value: 85°-95°
Facial Convexity (Glabella) - Ideal Value: 166°-174°
Facial Convexity (Nasion) - Ideal Value: 151°-168°
Total Facial Convexity - Ideal Value: 136°-147°

And More.
How do you correctly measure jaw frontal angle?

Yes pfl means eye width and the distance between ur eyes should be 1 eye width and same goes for ur nose width too it should be 1 eye width too so u can have good periorbital contour
