Measuring face, gonials, cheeks

How does one measure the face, each measurement is different . As u know I had masseter muscle detachment so want to workout the distance between the gonial and the widest part of masseter.

Basically when the master detaches from the mandible and shifts slightly above forming protruding mass above the gonial . From the facial front u see the master which looks like it’s the gonials until u rotate your head and notice the gonial is actually lower and narrower

I know masseter muscle dehiscence can be a complication with jaw angle implants. Do you have any implants?

Post or pm some pics. It's normal for masseters to protrude more a little higher than gonions, doesn't mean the insertions are detached
