i measured my self facing my face to wall , and back
i got higher height when facing to the wall, same when i measured on the side, but got smaller when i went with back.

tried redoing now with a bai bottle, got 5'8 and a half around, before with book got 5'9. i also have a pair of shoes nike air max, i got 5'10.maybe i should do the height lift insoles like 1inch increase that may help with women,
