Mew indicator line is used to see how recessed you are. Some people say it’s a good way to measure, others not so much. My mew line measures at something towards 40mm, can’t get exact measurement right now but that’s pretty good as it is heading to the ideal marker. The only thing is, I feel like I am way more recessed than that and feel like there’s signs on my face that show this recession.
Are there any reliable ways to measure recession or is the mew indicator line a good way to do it?
