When you measure bidelt width do you measure from the end of the shoulder or like from the side of the shoulder to the other

Gives mixed results cause I got 25 inch from shoulder to shoulder but idk if it’s correct and I don’t even look that wide like everone says that 25 inch bidelt is crazy
