Measuring your ulna for adult height?

My friend was telling me today about how the height of your ulna correlates with your height 96% of the time. Is this true for everyone or does it only apply to people with some kind of defect (my friend was telling me about this too). If it doesn't can anyone tell me a way for me to calculate my adult height? Im asking b/c i dont know, my parents are both really short and im a couple of inches taller than them

none its only accurate in western europeans, second most accurate is probably aryan indians and turks etc. i have a 30cm ulna so i may have been stunted slightly brutal

I think I measured this once and I was supposed to be 5'9 but turned out 5'6 brutal. Maybe if I hop on hgh I can get some kind of catch up growth probably cope though

Yeah, I think it only works in certain races. Ulna says I'm supposed to be 5'11 and I'm at there

I'm half german half Indian and taller than what my ulna says. I guess it's not that accurate
