its hard to eat like almost 1.5 kg of meat a day but it tastes so good, sometimes i do this, i take one diet of the week and i consume high quantity of meat, u guys should consider this

my logic is that all meat is good for u, ofc not jelly ham cubes u get the point, i eat steaks, sasuages, tartare, ribs , muscules and organs , one day of the weak i consume all this meat, i get it from supermarket so idk about quality but if i cant get like 6 cuts of meat for 12 euros then ill choose the supermarket
