I get Very good pumps at the gym by eating mostly meat, I get really high Libidio (I had high libidio already and now its even higher) most of my meals are chicken, eggs, bacon , Steaks, grilled pork.
the problem is that it's going to make you constipated for a long time until your body adjusts to it, that's why I eat some wallnuts or almonds to get some fiber in too
