Fuark was just reading about spinach, and how much vitamins and minerals it has, then i was like wow thats great i wont need supplements and shit. But then i read it is very high in oxilic acid that cucks all the minerals it has to oblivion and mes it useless. Then it all started spiraling from there down hard. Every single vegetable has some cucked chemical that cucks absorption of minerals and vitamins.

Meat on the other hand is mogger for absorption, same for milk and stuff. Ngl it looks like its impossible to get magnesium through food cause of this cucked shit tbh

But meat has saturated fat and cholesterol which develops in heart disease. Meat also has heme iron which is unhealthy aswell. U want to limit meet consumption to about 1-2 a week.

Saturated fats are good for u jfl, the most consumed foods that my grandfathers and their brothers ate was fatty meat, rarely some veggies here and there. And they all lived to be 80, no heart problems

Coffee blocks magnesium absorption, you won't be getting any magnesium from coffee. It will reduce your magnesium if anything.

No I mean magnesium and yes it also inhibits iron absorption. Beans are seeds, they contain antinutrients to defend themselves from being eaten. Stop coping with ray peat, take the aajonuspill.

Some plants are still good though, the ones that contain no antinutrients. Like these: Tomato, cucumber, carrot, avocado. Best is to juice them if they contain alot of fiber like with carrots.
