Fuark was just reading about spinach, and how much vitamins and minerals it has, then i was like wow thats great i wont need supplements and shit. But then i read it is very high in oxilic acid that cucks all the minerals it has to oblivion and mes it useless. Then it all started spiraling from there down hard. Every single vegetable has some cucked chemical that cucks absorption of minerals and vitamins.
Meat on the other hand is mogger for absorption, same for milk and stuff. Ngl it looks like its impossible to get magnesium through food cause of this cucked shit tbh
