You can make £200 a day with some balls and a vision just stealing meat from supermarkets.
You can dress how you like as long as you come across as educated/higher IQ. Obviously stealing meat is a big trade for heroin/meth users, and they are instantly met with suspicion.
Bring a bag that matches your outfit. If you're dressed for the gym, bringing a briefcase would be a bit fucking odd.
Small supermarkets are better because there are less people who might try be heroes.
Know where the prime cuts are. I would recommend fillet steaks.
As soon as no one is around just start shoving as much as you can in your bag. You can do 30 packets in a few seconds if you keep your nerves low.
Don't wait around, get yourself out of the shop immediately.
