Prehistoric humans used their hands and their jaws to rip meat. They didn’t cut steak with knives; they grabbed a slab of meat and pulled with their teeth to rip off a piece to chew. They did it frequently and forcefully, so the repeated forward pull forces on their jaws have them robust and forward-grown bone development.

Modern looksmaxers cope by thumbpulling, towelpulling, and beltpulling. Archaic humans pulled their maxillas forwards every time they ate meat.

To the youngcels here who still have a few millimeters of potential left: stop cutting your meat. Chewing tough meat with your molars helps grow your masseters, but you’re not getting the best results unless you’re also clenching and pulling the meat. Next time you eat steak, just pick up the slab, bite on it, and pull it off. Do this for the entire meal, and you’ll have pulled a total between 10 and 20 times distributed throughout maybe a half hour.

Who the fuck can afford to eat steak everyday.

Just chew gum, it gives you the same effects of chewing plus it's cheap.

Chewing gum just enlarges your masseters. It does nothing for forward growth.

To get a forward-pulled maxilla you gotta pull with your front teeth not just chew with your back teeth.

Or just chew mastic gum for a few hours a day. Ripping a steak up with my teeth while spilling bbq sauce and blood all over my hands, face, and everything else sounds sort of inconvenient :y'all:

this ain’t about chewing; this is about pulling
Correct, very dry old fashioned beef jerky still gives you that option.

This chewing thing doesn't really make sense because raw meat is easier to chew anyway. But you will grow more due to getting micronutrients.
