Meclizine, Cope?

The antihistamine Meclizine has been shown in studies to promote longitudinal bone growth, increase bone volume, and improve trabecular bone quality, particularly in cases of achondroplasia (ACH)

This is by ofcourse suppressing overactive FGFR3 signaling,

I feel like my height growth in puberty has been progressing really slow, especially compared to my peers who are well above six feet, Is meclizine worth a try? and can I use it while taking HGH + AI?

tbh i don't believe it does this, maybe if your fgfr3 is overactive, but i see no reason why it'd do so if it's not overactive.

keep your hgh and ai, grab an actual fgfr3 inhibitor if you can
