I lowkey havent stumbled across 1 before and after where the person isnt asian. Is medial canthoplasty a surgery thats done for aesthechic purposes if ur not deformed? if yes why dont ppl do it and if no why the fuck not

What's your problem, position or length of the medial canthus? z plasty can help lower it if it's too high set, I don't know what can lengthen it though. Maybe some sort of soft tissue surgery where they cut it, haven't seen any results though.
