After some reading I'm considering to do a diy canthoplasty; with the right equipment I think I'm capable enough to perform it without any serious reprecussions. I'm debating however, on how I should perform the skin incision, i.e. should i cut along my medial canthal crease or not. Since the crease of my canthus is visibly quite downturned I might look retarded after the procedure since I obviously won't be able to actually lift and reconstruct the medial canthal tendon into a different position, I'm only planning to snip its crus. however making the incision almost perpendicular to that crease seems rather unpredictable on how that shit would heal after. I attached my current eye area.
