I dont get why more people dont do this shit

Just buy a surgical knife blade, practice a little your skills and start cutting that a fucking tear duct

First sterilize the area with alcohol ( it will hurt a lot) and the blade please
then start cutting slowly, it is not easy lose control and cut your eye, if you are careful in a scale of 1/10 like 5 out of carefulness, what you would expect from getting a blade close to your eye.

then start cutting, so easy,
