So Cutting your medial canthus can be subconsciously noticed by other or not so don’t expect compliments on your eyes lol.



To cut the medial canthus you can use painkillers OTC painkillers which includes NSAIDs.


I have not tried this myself Yet so can’t tell you what dose would work or reduce the pain , You can also use local anesthesia to reduce the pain more but i do not know where you can get your hands on a local anesthetic without a doctors watch or use.


For the preparation PLEASE be sanitary and clean your cutting tool with a rubbing alcohol pad.

I suggest you use a scalpel , razor or a very sharp knife.
The best i think is a scalpel because the sharper way is far from your hand giving you more control of the scalpel.

The razor is a little bit harder in my opinion because your hand may cover your eye if the razor is short in width.

Please don’t be stupid and get infected , you need to cut it every week or so when you see it starts to heal to maintain it , i suggest painkillers because when you make a little cut the second one stings very badly.

i used the Craftsman V20 1/2-In. Drill/Driver Kit CMCD700C1 and the results are very natrural
