Eat less, like once a day, ofc there are many side effects because of this. Cut out all sugar and oily goy slop like chips and fast food. Avoid salt. And try exercising when you still have the energy for it, cuz when u get into starvemaxxing all you can do is just rot in your room

Nigga ok I might be grey but seriously performing any type of surgery at yourself by yourself is actually extremely dangerous and promoting it instead of discouraging it also means you got some serious mental fucking issues it's better he focuses first on other things the simpler and after all i know he is chopped anyway cutting his medial canthus not only will he put him at extreme risks but even lets say manages to do it he will still be chopped.
