exactly your canthus is cut by your orbital bones if it’s shaped correctly and has enough definition.

Yep also there's the lacrimal duct right there so it's quite risky to do surgery in this area unlike the outer canthus, I think we will see some surgery for the medial canthus but will take 10 years minimum, it's a very niche feature that very very few people care about.

There is no right way to do it, i hate mfs who promote retarded shit that can hurt someone.

It hurts a lot but you can cut into the entire skin layer to the point where there is a tiny separation, you have to pull apart both sides of the skin to avoid healing the open cut or else you are back to square 0, it happened to me and I have to wait a week until recutting

The scab is very small and goes away quick especially when you take roids and GH my insane wound healing is both making me heal fast but making the wound heal near complete at the same time

The scab blends in with your face, for some reason I try doing my other eye and I instantly tear up with sensitivity, my other eye has healed and ye there is like a few mm of cut medial canthus, I've done 2 sessions so far

Yes I have gotten actual elongation from it, you usually cut way more of it and it heals like 70% of it and leaves the other 30% separated, once it fully heals you repeat
