i want to try cutting my medial canthus since the corners of my eyes kinda round out. the goal is to just make it sharp. idk if its worth it, and i dont really know the risks, but im retarded and i want to cut myself so might as well try to improve my eyes. i mean is the risk of me hitting or cutting something important high? honestly idc if i hurt myself, but i figure its worth knowing

Your tear ducts are right there so if you go too deep you'll have watery eyes forever. Only cut skin, stay shallow, 1 or 2mm max. Use a fresh 11 scalpel not a razor. Numb it with lidocaine cream first. After you cut keep it moist with vaseline don't let it dry scab or it'll scar ugly. Cut way less than you think, scar tissue shrinks as it heals so it'll open up more on its own. If it's in your budget an oculoplastic surgeon does this for cheap and you'll actually get a clean result instead of gambling.

its not just skin in the corner of your eye. there are tiny channels that carry tears away from the surface of your eye. If you go too deep and cut them, its likely that tears wont drain properly and your eye stays watery. even if you dont cut them, you could shake n slip and hit your eyeball, which leads to a lot of pain and CAN make u blind if u stab hard enough. dont get me wrong ive also considered cutting my medial canthus but i think ill just pass
