Medial canthus cutting

Ts is my eye area and as you can see its really bad. Im thinking of cutting my medial canthus about 3mm diagonally to improve how it looks and ive seen some guides and im pretty imformed on it. For my eyebrows im using 5% topical minoxiil ( just started) and ordered oral minoxidl alongside with Latisse for my eyelashes. Let me know if im coping and what to actually do to achieve hunter eyes :/

it likes thightens up the lower eyelids together and can turn NCT into PCT

what the fuck do you want me to say ? supraorbital implants are supraorbital implants just search that up, and no there isn't anything else than surgery that can fix your eyes, maybe oral minoxidil to grow your eyelashes and eyebrows, but that's about it
