While I was looking through Clav's old posts, I saw him reply to a thread that had this theory on how to elongate the medial canthus.

take this part, right at the top of the nose bridge. and pinch the skin together. As you can see, when you do it for yourself, it will visually elongate your mc. So, I thought about it, and doesn't that mean that thinner skin at that area will help give off your medial canthus' appearance? I immediately thought of Hydrocortisone, and how applying it there would cause skin atrophy, essentially pinching together that part as you did with your fingers, however it wouldn't be AS DRASTIC but still worth trying.

You guys can try it and I will too and post results week to week.

hydrocortosine is not gonna cause skin atrophy

it's too weak

something that could work are radix fillers/implants stretch the medial canthus

Nosebrdige or radix fillers will be better then hyrdocortisone.

It might causse some if you use it very aggressively. However its highly likely to just regrow once you stop. It is very weak which is why they sell it otc.

Making your skin thinner will absolutely not help it.

Some people argue if you graft into the radix it will but from what i've seen its mostly a meme.
