medial canthus surgery to shorten it

Like in the title is there any surgeries that allow you to shorten your medial canthus? my eyes are retardedly big and that fact that my medial canthus is long as fuck too it ruins my eyes and makes them looks close set. I luckily have bad eye sight so with glasses you dont really see it and my eyes look normal but i want contacts bruh.

I'm doubtful cause it's rare for inward medial canthus to be the problem

canthoplasty should do it
