mine changes to its just how much sleep u get and if your face is puffy mines only noticable if u look extrenmly close

how do i measure esr (i have no clue)

you measure your ipd

then you measure your bizygomatic width

and u divide ipd by bizygo width

ideal is 0.45-0.47 but depends on overall face harmony
people say gold standard is 0.46

some get away with less some get away with more

barretss is 0.42 lol

its more complicated than just esr, depends on your raw ipd too. he doesnt have bad ipd nor icd so therefore his eyes look normal set despite having big af zygos making his esr low
